Recruiter registration is now closed.

Welcome to information for our 27th Annual Homeschool Conference. We offer multiple ways for you to advertise your company and attend in person during our conference, which is the largest homeschool conference in the Maritimes!

Post-secondary institutions, colleges, and universities are invited to participate in our Exhibitor’s Hall during our conference. This is a great chance for students and parents to obtain information related to post-secondary opportunities, details regarding admission processes and scholarship opportunities.

Conference Event Date: Friday, June 7, 2024 – Saturday, June 8, 2024

Location: City Impact Church, 230 Gorge Road, Moncton, NB E1G 3H9

Keynote Speaker: Donna-Jean Breckenridge 

Note: Sonya Shafer was previously booked as our keynote speaker, but due to her recent health announcement  she was unable to come. Please join with us in prayer for Sonya’s restored health.

Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Hall Setup: Friday, June 7, 2024, 1:15 pm – 3:45 pm

Exhibitor Hall Opening Hours:

Recruiters have the option to attend both Friday and Saturday or Friday only.

  • Friday, June 7, 2024, 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Saturday, June 8, 2024, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

  Exhibitor Cost:

  • $25 per table or each 6 feet of exhibitor provided booth space

Workshop Offering:

  • Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to offer a workshop during the conference. We will contact you if we have room on the schedule. Alternatively, you may contact Holly Myers at

Meal Options – Exhibitors may also purchase the following meal options:

  • Friday Supper
    • Chili, cornbread, bottle water $7.50
    • *Vegetarian chili, cornbread bottle water (all items gluten & dairy free) $7.50
  • Saturday Lunch
    • Chicken Salad Sub, chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50
    • All Meat Sub, chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50
    • Veggie Sub, chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50
    • *Turkey Sub (gluten and dairy free), chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50
    • *Beef Sub (gluten and dairy free), chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50

*These options are not appropriate for those with severe allergies and/or celiac.


  • Amsterdam Inn (Moncton) – $139 for 2 Beds, 2 Adults (Additional adults over 21 is $10.), 48 hour cancellation required, block of rooms being held only until March 7, 2024. Please contact the Inn to book.

Advertising Opportunities:

Advertisement placed in electronic conference program: (This option has now closed.)

  • Half Page Ad: $35
    • Ad formats: Half page (5.5″ x 8.5″), landscape style, print resolution jpg and may be in colour or black and white.
  • Full Page Ad: $50
    • Ad format: 8.5” x 11”, portrait style, print resolution jpg and may be in colour or black and white.

Door Prize Donations: 

  • Door prize items to further advertise your company may be given to Miranda Matheson during setup on June 7, mailed to Heidi Robertson, 408 Kingsley Road, Kingsley, NB E3G 6E6 or emailed to .

Welcome Bag Items: 

  • Send items to advertise your company in our welcome bag given to attendees.
  • The item may promote your company, but the items should have some advantage to our attendees. (ie. free ship code, free download code, ruler, chocolates, note pad, etc)
  • Items for the welcome bags should be shipped no later than May 10, 2024 to Heidi Robertson, 408 Kingsley Road, Kingsley, NB E3G 6E6.
  • Please send 160 items.


We would love to partner with companies that sell, provide services or opportunities that are of typical interest to Christian home educating families. HENB reserves the right to refund any registration for companies that do not meet this criterion.
