2022 HENB Conference

We are offering several different opportunities to advertise your business at this year’s conference. We are offering both an in person opportunity to sell as well as access to an online conference.

Event Date: Saturday, April 30, 2022, 9 am – 4:30 pm

Vendor Hall Setup Time: 9:15 am – 12:15 pm

Vendor Hall Opening Times: 12:15 pm – 4:30 pm 

Location: Encounter Church (Sussex Wesleyan), 280 St George St, Sussex NB E4E 1G6

Deadlines:

  • Advertising Deadline: Monday, March 28, 2022
  • Deadline to Sign up for Vendor Hall in Sussex: Wednesday, April 20, 2022

Vendor Hall Registration:

 Cost:

  • First table (provided): $40
  • Additional tables (provided): $25 each
  • Vendor provided booth/display spaces: $25 each 6’

Who can advertise:

Vendors at our conference are expected to sell, provide services or opportunities that would be of typical interest to Christian home educating families. Home Educators of New Brunswick reserves the right to refund any registration for companies that do not meet this criterion. 

Additional Advertising Opportunity:

Door prize: If you wish to further promote your company, we are accepting door prize donations. This year we are encouraging gift certificates or vouchers that may be emailed to prize winners. If you wish to donate a door prize, please indicate on your registration. Door prizes may be emailed to henbvendors@gmail.com or mailed to Dawn Cumberland, 507 Route 616, Keswick Ridge, New Brunswick E6L 1S4. All prizes must be received by March 25, 2022.

Advertising Option: $25 per Company (the deadline has now passed to select this option)

 Vendors will receive the following advertising opportunities for the above stated cost. (You do not need to attend in person to advertise in our conference):

  • Vendor logos/ads will be shown scrolling during scheduled breaks both at the in-person conference and the online conference.
  • Vendors ads/flyers will be included in the electronic attendee welcome brochure. (Vendors may wish to offer free shipping or discounts to attendees on their ads.)
  • A list of vendors will be displayed on our website as people register for the event.

Note: Vendors are not able to submit promotional videos.

Ads should be in the format of half page (5.5″ x 8.5″), landscape style, print resolution jpg and may be colour or black and white.

Payment:

Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, Visa debit card or by mailing a cheque to Chris Eigenheer, 32 Savannah Drive, Moncton, NB E1A 0L1.
