Vendor Hall Registration:

 Cost:

  • First table (provided): $40
  • Additional tables (provided): $25 each
  • Vendor provided booth/display spaces: $25 each 6’

Who can advertise:

Vendors at our conference are expected to sell, provide services or opportunities that would be of typical interest to Christian home educating families. Home Educators of New Brunswick reserves the right to refund any registration for companies that do not meet this criterion. 

Advertising: This opportunity has now reached its deadline. 

Many companies love the opportunity to further promote their company during our conference. Attendance is not necessary to advertise.

The cost is $35 per half page ad and $50 per full page ad.

For the above stated cost ads will be included in the electronic attendee conference brochure and the vendor’s name will be displayed on our website for conference attendees. (You do not need to attend in person to advertise in our conference):

Ad formats:

  • Half page (5.5″ x 8.5″), landscape style, print resolution jpg and may be in colour or black and white.
  • Full page (8.5” x 11”), portrait style, print resolution jpg and may be in colour or black and white.

Door prize donations: If you wish to further promote your company for free, we are accepting door prize donations. Door prizes may be submitted in one of the following ways:

  • In Person – Given to the vendor coordinator during setup on Friday, June 2.
  • By Mail: to Dawn Cumberland, 507 Route 616, Keswick Ridge, New Brunswick E6L 1S4.
  • By Email: henbvendors@gmail.com

Offering a Workshop:

If you would like to offer a workshop during our conference, please indicate it on the registration form and we will contact you if we have room on the schedule. Alternatively you may contact Dawn Cumberland at dawncumberland2@gmail.com

Food:

Vendors may also purchase the following meal options:

  • Friday Supper
    • Lasagna, Caesar salad, roll, bottle water $7.50
    • *Vegetarian Lasagna, Caesar salad, roll, bottle water (all items gluten & dairy free) $7.50
  • Saturday Lunch
    • Chicken Salad Sub, chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50
    • All Meat Sub, chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50
    • Veggie Sub, chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50
    • *Turkey Sub (gluten and dairy free), chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50
    • *Beef Sub (gluten and dairy free), chips, piece of fruit, bottle water $7.50

*These options are not appropriate for those with severe allergies and/or celiac.

Accomodations:

We have secured a block of rooms at the Amsterdam Inn (Sussex). Please contact them by phone to book.

Payment:

Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, Visa debit card or by mailing a cheque to Chris Eigenheer, 3610 Route 910, Osborne Corner, NB E4H 3V6.
