Welcome to the information for our 28th Annual Homeschool Conference. It is the largest Christian homeschool conference in the Maritimes! We would love to see post secondary recruiters and curriculum suppliers attend our conference in our Exhibitor Hall.

Conference Event Date: Friday, June 6, 2025 – Saturday, June 7, 2025

Location: Tidal Church. 945 St George Blvd, Moncton NB, E1E 2C9

Keynote Speaker: Israel Wayne  

Attendees: We expect over 275 attendees this year.

Exhibitor Information

           Exhibitor Hall Setup: Friday, June 6, 2025, 2:30 pm – 4:45 pm

           Exhibitor Hall Opening Hours:

      • Friday, June 6, 2025, 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
      • Saturday, June 7, 2025, 8:30 am – 4:00 pm

         Deadlines:

      • Advertising Deadline: Friday, May 9, 2025 (Or until spaces fill.)
      • Exhibitor Hall Deadline: Friday, May 16, 2025

         Exhibitor Cost (All prices are Canadian dollar): 

      • $30 for each 6 foot table (provided) and space.
      • $30 for each 6 feet of occupied floor space. This option is for those who bring their own booths, displays and/or floor banners. (Note: Floor banners that go behind tables do not need additional paid occupied floor space. Only floor banners that would go beside tables would count as occupied floor space.)

          Workshop Offering:

      • Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to offer a workshop during the conference. We will contact you if we have room on the schedule. 

          Meal Options – Exhibitors may also purchase the following meal options:

      • Friday Supper (all options include water)                                                                     Served at 4:30 pm, 30 minutes before exhibitor hall opens
        • Charcuterie board (individually packaged) $7.50
        • Gluten & dairy free option: *Chicken vegetable soup and biscuit $7.50
      • Saturday Lunch Options (all options include chips, fruit & water)                          Served at 11:30 am
        • Chicken Salad Sub $7.50
        • All Meat Sub, $7.50
        • Veggie Sub $7.50
        • *Turkey Sub (gluten and dairy free) $7.50
        • *Beef Sub (gluten and dairy free) $7.50

                         *These options are not appropriate for those with severe allergies and/or celiac.

            Accommodations:

      • Amsterdam Inn (Moncton) – $139 plus tax for 2 Beds, 2 Adults (Additional adults over 21 is $12.), 48 hour cancellation required, block of rooms being held only until April 6, 2025. Please contact the Inn to book. Their phone number is 506-383-5050. For Inn location and more details see here.
      • Universite de Moncton Lodging – $79/night (June 6th) for 2 people, available to register until April 10. The address is Campus de Moncton, 18, avenue Antonine-Maillet, Moncton. The only residence available to us for booking is Résidence Médard-Collette. See links below for more information, but please note that some of the English links still have French in them.

              • When completing the form, please enter “HENB” in the first and third lines. The second line will be your name and you may use your own address. You must fill in ALL spaces, even if it is with a zero. The residence you are to select is Résidence Médard-Collette. In the comment box ask for details regarding parking. Then, once you submit, something will pop up about a $100 deposit. IGNORE that! Within 15 days of registering someone will be in contact from the University to take payment and give you all your information. 

Advertising Opportunities:

            Advertisement placed in electronic conference program (Limited Space Available): 

          • Half Page Ad: $35
            • Ad format: Half page (5.5″ x 8.5″), landscape style, print resolution jpg and may be in colour or black and white.

          • Full Page Ad: $50
            • Ad format: 8.5” x 11”, portrait style, print resolution jpg and may be in colour or black and white.

          Door Prize Donations: 

      • Door prize items to further advertise your company may be given to Chantelle Anderson during setup on June 6, mailed to Stephanie O’Connor, 45765 Homestead Road, River Glade, NB E4Z 6J4 or emailed to henbvendors@gmail.com.

         Welcome Bag Items:

      • Send items to advertise your company in our welcome bag given to attendees.
      • The item may promote your company, but the items should have some advantage to our attendees. (ie. free ship code, free download code, ruler, chocolates, note pad, catalog, etc)
      • Items for the welcome bags should be shipped no later than May 9, 2025 to Stephanie O’Connor, 45765 Homestead Road, River Glade, NB E4Z 6J4.
      • Please send 250 items.

Restrictions:

We would love to partner with companies that sell, provide services or opportunities that are of typical interest to Christian home educating families. HENB reserves the right to refund any registration for companies that do not meet this criterion. If you are a potential first time exhibitor, please request approval by emailing henbvendors@gmail.com before registering.

Payment:

Payments can be made via PayPal, credit card, Visa debit card or by mailing a cheque to Stephanie O’Connor, 45765 Homestead Road, River Glade, NB E4Z 6J4.
