Chapel Topics:

Building leaders was one of the main purposes of Jesus’ ministry. He gathered some men and women around Him and trained them to lead and disciple others. God’s people need leaders. But not just any leaders- we need healthy leaders! Especially in this time in history. Being a healthy holistic leader takes intentionality. We must be continually growing and developing as leaders. Leadership is a journey, not a destination and was never intended to be navigated alone. Join the adventure as we learn to LEAD together!

Chapel Session part A – Christ- The foundation of healthy Christian leadership.

FIRST THINGS FIRST – A strong relationship with Christ is the most important thing that makes up a healthy Christian leader. Christ must be first! A leader must know God. They must walk with God. Every aspect of their leadership will be impacted by their relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.

Chapel Session part B- Community – The context that healthy Christian leadership is formed in.

DON’T GO IT ALONE – God created us to be in community. God is in the people business. He loves us. Healthy leaders are built in community and healthy leaders build community. However, sometimes we get so caught up with our own agenda or in what we personally are trying to accomplish that we forget that God never called us to do his work alone. Community is a place where we experience not only support, but also accountability, and accountability supports our character as leaders.
